Dear Families,

Great news! The Big Smiles dental team is coming to our Taft Union High School on Monday, October 19th, to provide convenient, in-school dental care for our students.

Services Provided:

  • Dental examinations & cleanings
  • X-rays
  • Fluoride treatments & sealants
  • Restorative care (if needed)
Cost & Coverage:
  • No out-of-pocket cost for any family.
  • If your child does not have coverage, services are offered at no cost through grant funding.
  • If you do have dental coverage, the non-profit will check and see if dental care was provided within the past 6 months. 
How to Register Your Child: A signed permission form is required for your child to participate.
  • Option 1 (Fastest): Fill out the digital consent form online at Big Smiles (Link)
  • Option 2: Complete the paper form, request it from the office with your child, and return it to their teacher.
Deadline to submit forms: Monday, October 10th
